Bookings

Search for the service you need on the homepage or browse categories. Select a service, choose your preferred date and time, and confirm your booking.

Yes. Go to your bookings in the app, select the one you want to change, and choose Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before are free.

Once your provider is on the way, track their location in real time through the Swipr app.

Contact them through the app first. If they do not respond, email support@swiprapp.com and we will resolve it.

Payments

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and debit cards through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Each service has upfront pricing shown before you book. No hidden fees.

Download the Swipr Go app or visit our provider sign-up page. Complete your profile and submit required documents.

Weekly direct deposits via Stripe Connect.

Yes. All providers undergo identity verification and background checks.

Download the Swipr app or visit swiprapp.com and tap Sign Up.

Go to Account, Settings, Delete Account in the app, or email support@swiprapp.com.
