    When You Get a Refund

    Full refunds are issued when: a provider cancels your booking, a provider does not show up, or a service is not completed as described.

    Partial Refunds

    If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours. We will review your case and may issue a partial refund or arrange a redo at no extra charge.

    Processing Time

    Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
