These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Swipr platform operated by Swipr Inc.
By accessing or using Swipr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Swipr is a marketplace connecting customers with independent home service professionals. Swipr does not directly provide home services — we facilitate connections between customers and providers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
All payments are processed through our secure payment system. Prices are displayed before you confirm a booking. A platform fee applies to each transaction. Cancellation policies vary by service type.
Providers on Swipr are independent contractors, not employees of Swipr. Each provider undergoes background verification. Swipr facilitates the connection but is not liable for the quality of work performed.
You agree not to misuse the platform, harass service providers, submit false reviews, or engage in fraudulent activity. Violations may result in account suspension.
Swipr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
